Iranian Journal of Oil & Gas Science and Technology (IJOGST) is an engineering journal devoted to publication of peer-reviewed manuscripts in Oil & Gas Science and its applications. IJOGST is published quarterly by Petroleum University of Technology.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

All articles of this journal are Open Access and it follows the terms outlined by the Attribution-No Derivatives 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) to be the standard terms for Open Access. 

Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:

1. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
2. Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.

Article Processing Charges

Currently there is no charge for authors to get their manuscripts reviewed and published in this journal.

Plagiarism policy

Editorial office uses iThenticate: Plagiarism Detection Software to check the submitted papers. In case the editorial office and reviewers determine that non-original (plagiarised) paper has been submitted, that paper is immediately excluded from the editorial evaluation process and authors are losing the possibility of future submission and publication in the journal.
